The CRO (Operation Reference Code), which is usually required to check whether or not the bank operation has been carried out, has been replaced by the TRN (Transaction Reference Number) and you can find it on the bank transfer receipt.

Where can I retrieve the data of a beneficiary to whom I have already made a payment?

You can find your contact details by entering the "Bank transfers/Giro" section and clicking on "BBVA Contacts". You will be able to add, edit or delete a name by entering your profile and clicking on "Contacts".

Do you want to make transfers faster and more automatically? Thanks to the contact list, you can save your beneficiaries by entering their name and IBAN code. Here's how to do it:

From the app, enter your profile and click on “Contacts”.
Go to “Add Contact”. You will be asked for the beneficiary's first name, last name and IBAN. You can add more than one account for the same person.
After completing all the fields, you will receive an SMS to confirm the operation.

Also from "Contacts", you can search for an already registered beneficiary and modify or delete it.

When you need to make a transfer, enter directly in "Transfers/Account transfers" and you will find the contacts you have saved.

How to make a bank transfer?

Open the BBVA App and go to the menu.
Select "Operations" and then click on "Bank Transfers/Money Transfers."
Select your account, enter the IBAN and the name of the beneficiary, the amount to be transferred, and the type of bank transfer. Confirm.
Choose the type of bank transfer: ordinary or instant. In the case of an instant bank transfer, you will see whether the recipient bank adheres to the service during the operation.
You will receive a code via SMS, which you will need to use to confirm the operation.
