The following are considered to be cases of fraud:
- when you have lost your card or it is stolen.
- when you notice a transaction on the card that wasn't made by you (such as a purchase online or in actual stores).
The following are not considered to be cases of fraud:
- when you don't receive a purchase made using your card.
- when the purchases you receive are faulty or counterfeit, or do not match the order placed.
- when you are charged in error for subscriptions or services that you have canceled, or if you are charged by a digital platform (such as the App Store or Google Play) you do not recognize.
- when the ATM does not pay out your cash.
